Shifts Built Around Your Life.
Not every driver wants the same schedule. We run four shift types so you can find the one that fits — and almost all of them are home daily.
AM Day Runs
Our single daytime run: dispatches at 9 AM, approximately 12 hours, Binghamton, NY to Winchester, VA. Home daily.
PM Runs (Home Daily)
Most of our fleet runs PM shifts — approximately 10 hours, dispatching in the evening. Drivers are out overnight but home every day. This includes the Syracuse–Albany–Rochester dedicated and all Binghamton-based dedicated lanes.
• Dedicated PM dispatch times: 8:30 PM, 9:00 PM (Syracuse), 9:30 PM, 10:30 PM
• Variable PM dispatch window: 8:00 – 11:00 PM
Team Runs
We currently operate one dedicated team run — two drivers, longer route, faster transit. Team drivers are out 5 days and home 2. Team trucks are equipped with inverters, fridges, and microwaves.
Weekend & Part-Time
For drivers who want consistent work without a full-time schedule. We currently have a driver working a Friday/Saturday schedule, and we’re actively looking for drivers for Saturday/Sunday or Saturday/Sunday/Monday rotations.
Home Time That's Actually Honored.
In this industry, “home time” often means “home when we can spare you.” Not here. Our routes are designed around predictable home schedules — because your family shouldn’t have to guess when you’re coming back.
Our Home Time Policy
• Most drivers: home daily, 5-on / 2-off standard schedule
• Team drivers: home 2 days weekly
Extra Shifts — Paid More
We pay bonuses year-round for drivers who pick up additional shifts, and those bonuses increase during the holiday peak period. Driving extra is your choice — and when you do, it’s worth it.

Every route is sealed, point-to-point. You never touch freight, handle a package, or deal with a live load.

Dispatch You Can Actually Reach.
Our dispatch operation is built on the same principle as the rest of the company: when you need something, someone answers. Defined dispatch times mean you know when you’re being called out, and defined routes mean you know where you’re going before you get there.
When You'll Dispatch
Our runs dispatch between 8 PM and 11 PM every night. Most runs have a predetermined dispatch time, so you know exactly when you’re leaving. For variable-dispatch runs, you’ll be notified several hours in advance — until then, plan for the 8–11 PM window and wait at home.
