Safety – We provide our drivers with the tools to ensure that they can do a dangerous job safely. We invest in new equipment and the latest safety technology. Egen Simon drivers are encouraged to report any and all defects and maintenance is conducted promptly. We have invested in spare trucks to ensure that our drivers feel comfortable placing trucks out of service without worrying that they will lose work if they don’t drive a truck that is less than road worthy.
Consistent work, consistent pay – Our drivers work on fixed shifts with defined dispatch times and routes. Drivers are paid shift minimums based on our schedule so you never have to worry about setting aside a day for us and then not having work.
Our drivers pull sealed trailers between defined locations. We do not deal with Live Loads, and you will never be asked to touch a package. Just show up and drive.
While simplicity and consistency are our goal, we all know things happen on the road. When it does, you will have a whole team behind you. Our DVIR system is linked directly to onsite mechanics, we provide 24/7 roadside support, and management is always available to resolve issues.
We utilize new equipment (2020 or newer) with the most advanced safety features. Team trucks have inverters, fridges, and microwaves.
We’re looking for experienced CDL drivers who are confident, responsible, and committed to safe driving practices.
Minimum Requirements:
A history of safe driving with no significant violations is required.
